The staff always try their best to help here.I always felt sorry for them having to deal with parcels on top of all of the work involved in running a shop, so glad to hear that they're limiting parcel collections to am-pm. This is from someone who mostly goes there to pick up parcels and will be inconvenienced by this change, but I think it's sensible and will make life a lot easier for the staff who didn't seem very well supported in this previously.

(This review is only applicable for the One Stop on Priorswood Road)I have never felt the need to write a review before, especially not a negative one. However, the encounter I had this morning deserves to be narrated so that others can be aware of what they might be facing by using this shop.As you enter, the kiosk is on your right. As my purpose for being in shop was to pick up a parcel, I headed straight there. Behind the kiosk was a woman who looked as though she hated working there ( I would say miserable is an accurate description). When I told her I needed to pick up a parcel, she told me I needed to provide her with a barcode. I told her I'd need a minute to find it as I hadn't realised it was a requirement . I scrambled to try and find the illusive barcode on my phone but I could not. Bare in mind that there is no other customers in the shop at this time. I would estimate that my 'scrambling' took about mins max. In that time, her colleague, male, and her conversed excessively about how much of an inconvenience it is that people are picking up parcels and how people should be ready before they came into store - again, there is no other customers in the shop. I kept muttering apologies during those two minutes but in the end, to avoid the evil-eye this woman was putting on me, I told her I would locate the barcode elsewhere and moved myself to a less invasive part of the store. The male colleague followed me round with the barcode-machine and continued to complain to himself and then to a customer that appeared at my side. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. When I told him I believed I might have the order number but not the barcode he replied with, "oh you memorised it did you?" Sarcasm lacing his every word. I replied with, "uh no.. I have it in my email." to which he huffed. Anyway I found the barcode eventually, he retrieved my parcel and I left feeling exposed.Skip to minutes later when I'm picking a parcel up from one of those automated lockers. No hassle, no weird social interaction and no undermining. People complain about automation taking people's jobs but then offer some of the worst customer service available - Someone make it make sense!
